Nepal Cricket ‘A’ Team Heads to India for T20 Series

Kathmandu – The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has announced the Nepal ‘A’ squad for the upcoming tour of India, where the team will play a five-match T20 series against the Assam State Team in Guwahati from August 26 to September 3, 2025.

The tour is seen as a crucial opportunity for Nepal’s emerging players to gain international exposure and prepare for higher-level competitions.

Anil Sah will lead the side as captain and wicketkeeper, while Arjun Gharti Magar will serve as the second wicketkeeper. The squad features a strong blend of youth and experience, with players like Dev Khanal, Sandeep Jora, Basir Ahmed, Kamal S Airee, and Sagar Dhakal joining rising prospects such as Subh Kansakar, Pawuan Sharoff, and Yubraj Khatri.
